No se aplicó ningúna multa o solución por mo extravío, a pesar del buen servicio creo yo que esos pequeños detalles afectan mucho. Sin mencionar la postura ruda y sónica que algunos empleados tienes con los clientes.. Cuenta con acceso para personas que usan sillas de ruedas, no cuenta con estacionamiento público sin embargo si eres una persona con alguna discapacidad, el personal de vigilancia te permite estacionar el automóvil afuera de las oficinas. No cuenta con internet WIFI. Tiene sillas para el área de espera, así como aire acondicionado. Puedes ir con o sin cita, de preferencia hay que ir con cita para que tú trámite sea más rápido. Gracias al Lic Julio del módulo 2 me atendió y le dio solución a mi trámite hasta el final. Sugiero pongan aire acondicionado, si no es posible en toda la sala, por lo menos pongan en la sala donde está el módulo 13 y el 15, yo solo estuve un par de minutos y fue muy incómodo estar en la sala con mucho calor, me imagino que los que te atienden ahí, la pasan peor por estar ahí todo el día si aire acondicionado. La verdad que te atienden muy bien. Falló un poco la rapidez del Internet pero por unos cuantos minutos, cosas que suceden, las chicas practicantes que también atienden te ayudan muy bien y tienen buena actitud. Gracias. La Lic America Ayala de módulo 6 (me faltaron los demás, pero igual de eficientes), atenta y a lo que va. Digo, ya no tiene caso enojarse con los trámites burocráticos de gobierno, pues al menos este trámite fue rápido ya. Buen trabajo. Congratulations to all!
