J	Juan Pablo Galván Madrigal on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pésimo servicio intentas sacar cita, pero no hay y vas a las oficinas y te dicen que no te pueden dar el RFC porque necesitas cita, pero no ha disponibilidad de citas. Terrible service, you try to make an appointment, but there is none and you go to the offices and they tell you that they cannot give you the RFC because you need an appointment, but there are no appointments available.

J	Jonathan Alderete on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ No es posible que no puedan resolver un problema de declaración de impuestos que por error declare mal y me digan que solo lo resuelven en México entonces para que tenemos uno en león si tengo que esperar a que me llegue un mensaje y aver si me resuelven ? se supone que están para resolver casos complicados y resulta que no saben It is not possible that they cannot solve a tax return problem that I mistakenly declare wrong and they tell me that they only solve it in Mexico so why do we have one in León if I have to wait for a message to arrive and see if they solve it for me ? they are supposed to solve complicated cases and it turns out they don't know
E	Erika Infante on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ El servicio del SAT es deficiente, debido a que en años anteriores a la pandemia para tramitar el RFC no tardabas ni medio día, y ahora es pésimo ya que solo te atienden con cita, en mi caso me dieron un turno en una fila virtual para asignar unas cita presencial, es incierto la fecha en que te darán una cita pueden pasar hasta 1 mes o más y mientras tanto no puedes trabajar. No puede ser que la tecnología esté tan avanzada y el SAT esté con este pésimo servicio, había una opción en el menú de la página del SAT para solicitar el RFC solo con la CURP y la desactivaron. Deberían de volver a activar esa opción para que la gente que le urge el RFC para trabajar pueda obtenerlo. The SAT service is deficient, because in years prior to the pandemic to process the RFC it did not take even half a day, and now it is terrible since they only attend you by appointment, in my case they gave me a turn in a virtual line to assign a face-to-face appointment, it is uncertain the date on which they will give you an appointment can take up to 1 month or more and in the meantime you cannot work. It cannot be that the technology is so advanced and the SAT is with this terrible service, there was an option in the menu of the SAT page to request the RFC only with the CURP and they deactivated it. They should re-enable that option so that people who urge the RFC to work can obtain it.

Las citas son muy limitadas, tardan bastante e igual que el servicio, una vez teniendo tu cita tardan en atenderte de 3 a 4 horas. Terrible service. La dinámica de los turnos y la espera agilizan muchísimo y todo el tiempo hay una sensación de orden y eficacia. Las instalaciones están recién remodeladas, muy modernas. Da gusto ver una dependencia de gobierno funcionar tan bien. The truth very well! Congratulations! The occasions I have gone to paperwork officials are very nice, friendly and fast.
