★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pesimo el servicio, nunca es posible sacar cita o realizar algun tramite en el portal del SAT, si llegas a las oficinas te dicen que debes sacar cita primero y pues al final de cuentas no podemos hacer los tramites que uno necesita.
 The service is very bad, it is never possible to make an appointment or carry out any paperwork in the SAT portal, if you arrive at the offices they tell you that you must make an appointment first and because in the end we cannot do the paperwork that one needs.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Hay que tener en cuenta que la e.firma es un trámite que únicamente se proporciona con cita previa. A diferencia de antes de la pandemia, las citas ahora se liberan diariamente, lo malo es que no se sabe a qué hora, por lo que hay que estar checando la página constantemente.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pesimo servicio es lamentable que todas las instituciones gubernamentales tengan los peores sistemas , es imposible crear una cita con el sat a traves de su dichosa plataforma que esta mas antigua que el internet explorer , deberian implementar mas servicios en linea,tambien deberian capacitar a sus empleados para estar al dia con su sistema ya que le preguntas algo y no saben o nunca lo han utilizado ,la peor institucion en cuanto a servicio , pero para cobrar son muy buenos eso si funciona jaja...
Poor service, it is unfortunate that all government institutions have the worst systems, it is impossible to create an appointment with sat through their happy platform that is older than the internet explorer, they should implement more online services, they should also train their employees to be up to date with their system since you ask them something and they do not know or have never used it, the worst institution in terms of service, but to charge they are very good that if it works haha ...

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Buena atención, ahora con los tiempos de pandemia solo atienden con cita previa pero es muy complicado obtener una cita. Ya teniendo cita te respetan tus horarios ampliamente y pues muy rápido.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ De por sí son lentos, siempre hay filas enormes y ahora es imposible sacar una cita. Para obtener la Constancia de Situación Fiscal desde SAT ID hay que ir allá porque el sistema está saturado y no se puede gestionar el trámite desde el celular. Le doy 4 estrellas porque los muchachos que atienden hacen todo lo posible por agilizar la atención y te apoyan con tus dudas, pero fuera de eso es problemático tramitar algo en este lugar.
In itself they are slow, there are always huge lines and now it is impossible to make an appointment. To obtain the Certificate of Tax Status from SAT ID, you have to go there because the system is saturated and you cannot manage the process from your cell phone. I give it 4 stars because the guys who attend do everything possible to speed up the attention and support you with your doubts, but other than that it is problematic to process something in this place.

Tuve que volver a registrarme, ahora debo de esperar 9,000 personas antes que yo. Este servicio es una M I E R D A
