★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The driver did not appear in the pick up location, after calling the hotline they told us that he could not find the address, everything would be fine if it was not a simple one-way street and from 6:50 to 8:15 we were the only standing and waiting people nearby. This company is cheating, I do not recommend, it's better to choose another decent one or go by yohrself and have good time in Chichen Itza.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ DO NOT BOOK— company was a no-show. I booked a tour to Chichen Itza with this company through Trip Advisor. After booking, I never received an email giving me more details about the hotel pick-up like the listing said I would. I also sent the company a message asking for more details, but they never responded, so we just went to our hotel lobby at 6 AM and waiting until 8:15 AM for our driver/tour to arrive because the booking said “Pick-up time will be between 6 and 8 AM”, but nobody ever came. We, along with the hotel’s bellman were on the lookout all morning, but nobody ever showed up for us.
We tried to call the tour company multiple times and no one answered. Guest services also tried to call on our behalf, still no answer. Awful service and a waste of time and money.

We booked on June 20th, a taxi for August 17th to go from our Hotel (Hilton Mexico City Reformas) to the Mexico City Airport.
I left an email 3 days earlier to communicate my flight information, in order to confirm the exact departure time: my email was left unanswered.
I left a phone message 2 days earlier to communicate my flight information, in order to confirm the exact departure time: my message was left unanswered.
I gave another call the day before, to communicate my flight information, in order to confirm the exact departure time, an operator asked us to be a 11:00 AM in the lobby.
We showed up a 11:00 AM sharp in the lobby, informed the reception desk and the concierge that a car was going to come and pick us up: I gave my name and the Company name.
We stayed in the lobby for 30 minutes, right in front of the entry door: no one did ever contact us, the hotel staff confirms they haven’t seen anyone either. No call nor text message did I ever receive from anyone.
I called SAT Mexico Corporation to understand what was going on and where was our driver. I was told that our driver showed up at 11:00 AM, waited for 15 minutes and, then, left…
This cannot be true as we were all 3 passengers + the hotel crew waiting for this taxi, who never showed up (or never told anyone he was there).
I complained to SAT Mexico Corporation as they almost tried to convince me that I (the Client) was lying.
Worse of all, when I asked for an immediate car to take us to the airport (we were 45 minutes behind schedule), they said that they were going to charge me an extra cost (which, of course, I refused).
In the end, we were so late that I asked for the cancellation and a complete refund of my fare but, guess what, I was told it was NOT possible.
We decided, in the end, to take a hotel cab who brought us to the airport and gave us a very good service, for the very same price.
It was the second time we used SAT Mexico Corporation, the first time went perfect, the second time was a complete disaster.
Conclusion, from our concrete experience, this Company offers a 50% reliability rate which is, of course, NOT acceptable.
Besides, their Customer care is very poor and they’re OK to make their Clients look like idiots, as long as their responsibility is not engaged.
Therefore, I do not recommend SAT Mexico Corporation at all, as they charged us a service they never delivered: it’s what I call a scam.
