l	lourdes delgado herrera on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Muy inconforme!!! no puedo agendar cita en el sistema, ni de aquí a un mes Ni de aquí a un año. llamo al Teléfono de "quesque" servicio y es peor Te mandan a un tiempo de espera de hasta tres horas Ni con toda la paciencia del mundo que tengo yo Puedo durar pegada al teléfono ese tiempo. fui directamente a las oficinas para una orientación mas exacta de como agendar mi cita y el guardia de la entrada hasta cierto punto "amable" me dice que solo con cita puedo entrar (hasta ahí estoy de acuerdo) pero el que No me dejara aun quesea desde la entra preguntarles por que el sistema me manda ese "error". cuando desde afuera yo veo que la sala de espera esta completamente sola y los empleados están completamente desocupados platicando entre si, y uno de ellos hasta comiendo. Así como no quieren que uno se inconforme. es una impotencia que uno como ciudadano busca todas las medidas para cumplir los lineamientos. pero las "puertas" super cerradas. Sat Manzanillo del Nabo. K	Karen Manuela García López on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Mal servicio , desde Octubre del año pasado eh intentado hacer cita para cambiar de persona moral a persona física y la nueva firma electrónica, y nunca me la han dado , el sistema no funciona, cuando por fin me resguardo la cita , día que no la genero bien, y tuve que esperar a que se cumpliera la fecha que yo había elegido y volver a entrar a realizar la cita y así lo mismo 4 veces, lo reporte al sat que n quejas y nunca dieron solución a mi situación, hace una semana intenté hacer una cita y que disque ahora son en línea y que tengo que esperar a que me assignen un horario y nada que me llega la asignación. Que barbaridad.
