Además de que no cuentan con instalaciones para que puedan atender a este grupo de la población ya se debe de ir a planta alta y no toman en cuenta la dificultad que algunos tienen. Solicite nuevamente Cita, me la asignaron con tiempo de espera de 15 días, me presento el día de hoy 14 de marzo 2022, luego de estar formado por 20 minutos me dicen que en estas oficinas "Palacio Federal" no hacen estos tramites "Aviso de Apertura de Sucesión", que acuda a las Oficinas de SAT Puebla 1 (Via Atlixcayotl) o SAT Puebla 2 (Recta a Cholula), POR SUPUESTO solo con cita, misma que me la asignan hasta el 28 de abril, mucho tiempo de espera para un tramite tan sencillo, en Administraciones anteriores el tramite se hacia con mayor facilidad, Burocracia. Si ya tienen su RFC (clave alfanumérica) solo necesitan ir, decir que quieren una constancia de RFC y los harán formarse en una fila, allí les pedirán su INE y les otorgarán un turno, esperarán aprox 10 minutos y después los nombrarán para devolverles su INE con esta constancia y es todo ? No necesitan otro documento ni contraseña ni e.firma ni nada. Si aún no tienen su clave alfanumérica, me parece que ahí mismo les pueden agendar una cita para que puedan obtenerla ☺️ Es más fácil que en línea. Saludos. Las instalaciones muy amplias aunque está un poco enredado el acceso a los módulos pero hay personal que ayuda y orienta. El personal de los módulos un poco gruñoncitos pero son eficientes en la atención Super fast attention. By appointment it is even more so. j	juan cano on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Para cualquier trámite te piden que tengas cita , pero sorpresa nunca ahí citas por internet y tampoco te la pueden sacar en el lugar. Cuando consigues una cita es a los 15 días o más. Que les pasa no que ya hiban a atender bien viven de nuestros impuestos son como en el Oxxo todavía que vas para que te quiten dinero no te atienden. For any procedure they ask you to have an appointment, but surprise there are never online appointments and they can't take it out on the spot either. When you get an appointment it is 15 days or more. What's wrong with them? They're not going to serve you well. They live off our taxes. L	Lehady Mena on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ La fila no era tan larga y al menos para los que queriamos Constancia de situación fiscal actualizada (para lo cual solo necesitas mostrar tu INE) el proceso no fue tardado, desde la entrada los chicos de atención fueron muy amables y además siguen los protocolos por Covid
