★ ★ ★ ★ ★ lo unico malo es que para agendar una cita no se puede por internet siempre que trato de agendar nunca me da opcion y fui a las oficinas pero ahi me dicen lo mismo que saque cita por internet
The only bad thing is that to schedule an appointment you cannot online whenever I try to schedule it never gives me a choice and I went to the offices but there they tell me the same thing that I make an appointment online

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ La atención al contribuyente es muy buena, se dirigen a ti con respeto, no se espera menos de una institución gubernamental. Bien es cierto que algunos servicios se vieron afectados con la pandemia, asi que recomiendo tener todo listo y estar media hora antes para cuando te toque tu turno, puesto que te dejan acceder 10 minutos antes de tu cita.
The taxpayer service is very good, they address you with respect, nothing less is expected from a government institution. It is true that some services were affected by the pandemic, so I recommend having everything ready and being half an hour before your turn, since they let you access 10 minutes before your appointment.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ La Atención en este sitio es muy eficiente, en la página del SAT puedes programar tu cita o acudir personalmente a las instalaciones y pedir una. Los accesos son muy buenos, cuenta con estacionamiento aunque no estoy seguro si es para los usuarios o el personal ya que por seguridad siempre están cerrados, lo bueno es que a los alrededores hay estacionamientos públicos que cobran 10 pesos la hora o fracción. También las instalaciones cuentan con un centro de Internet en las que puedes hacer uso del equipo personalmente. #Letsguide
Attention on this site is very efficient, on the SAT page you can schedule your appointment or go personally to the facilities and request one. The accesses are very good, it has parking although I am not sure if it is for users or staff since they are always closed for security reasons, the good thing is that there are public parking lots that charge 10 pesos per hour or fraction. The facilities also have an Internet center where you can use the equipment personally. #Letsguide
