★ ★ ★ ★ ★ En mi experiencia, para obtener mi e.firma no tuve detalles con conseguir la cita, fue de un día a otro. Aunque entiendo que fue cuestión de suerte ya que no todos han conseguido una tan fácil.
En cuanto al servicio, todos fueron amables y hay muy buena coordinación para ingresar a las personas que tenemos cita, todo el proceso fue ordenado y rápido.
 In my experience, to obtain my e. Signature I did not have details with getting the appointment, it went from one day to the next. Although I understand that it was a matter of luck since not everyone has achieved one so easy.
As for the service, everyone was friendly and there is very good coordination to enter the people we have appointments, the whole process was orderly and fast.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ya que hiciste una cita en línea, te mandan un correo para cancelar esa cita y reagendar otra, pero jamás te dicen cuando así que tienes que ir para sacar la cita.....
Since you made an appointment online, they send you an email to cancel that appointment and reschedule another one, but they never tell you when so you have to go to make the appointment.....

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ hace mas de 30días que saque cita virtual aun no me dan solución esta semana quedo 11/50 ya esta si dos semanas llamo pero nunca entra con lada 771 de Pachuca al que dan en la ciudad de México no contestan.
En opinión falta servicio o mala experiencia.
It's been more than 30 days since I made a virtual appointment. They still haven't given me a solution. This week I stay at 11/50. Now I call for two weeks, but they never come in with lada 771 from Pachuca, to which they give in Mexico City, they don't answer.
In opinion lack of service or bad experience.

Creo que hay una horrible cordinación.horas esperando a que nos pasen y horas adentro para ser atendido pésimo !
