I understand that you have to keep a healthy distance but it bothers me that they do not allow people to enter and have them outside the office with tremendous heat ?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ El día que asistí, no había muchos usuarios, atendieron con las debidas medidas sanitarias requeridas. El tiempo máximo en espera del trámite,no fue mayor a 15 minutos.
The day I attended, there were not many users, they attended with the required sanitary measures. The maximum time waiting for the procedure was not greater than 15 minutes.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ No hay mucho que esperar del SAT, por teléfono me indicaron hacer cita para un trámite y cuando me presenté me dijeron que me equivoqué de trámite, a demás me hicieron esperar casi 40 minutos después de mi hora de cita y no había gente esperando a ser atendida antes que a mi.
There is not much to wait from the SAT, by phone they told me to make an appointment for a procedure and when I showed up they told me that I made the wrong procedure, others made me wait almost 40 minutes after my appointment time and there were no people waiting to be attended before me.
