★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Me sorprendí. Fui a dar de alta una empresa. Y el tiempo total desde que entré y salí con la empresa lista para operar fueron 80 minutos. Y en general el personal muy amable. Felicidades!
 I was surprised. I went to register a company. And the total time since I entered and left with the company ready to operate was 80 minutes. And generally very friendly staff. Congratulations!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ No voy a mentir, sacar cita fue toda una misión, per ya teniendo la te atienden super rápido, son muy MUY amables enserio, gracias por terminar mis trámites.
I'm not going to lie, making an appointment was quite a mission, but once you have it, they serve you super fast, they are very VERY friendly, really, thank you for finishing my paperwork.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Si tienes cita considera llegar 10 minutos antes y preguntar en la fila de citados dónde está formada la gente de tu horario. Citado tardarás aprox 1 hora en resolver tu trámite.
No citado considera estar formado al menos unas 4hrs más el tiempo que tardes adentro. En las temporadas altas solo atienden sin cita a personas de la tercera edad, embarazadas y discapacitados.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Fui a tramitar mi constancia de situación fiscal, llegue 8:10 y ya había una fila (un tanto corta) para realizar sus tramites, abren 8:30 en punto.
Para la constancia sólo te piden tu INE y en menos de 10 minutos me la entregaron. Para los otros tramites les pedían llegar con cita, una señorita del sat comentó que "las citas únicamente se general por Internet y se abre el espacio únicamente por la mañana" le dijeron a un chavo que si ya no pudo generar la cita lo intentará el día de mañana temprano nuevamente.
La atención es buena pero yo creo facilitaría el poder generar ahí mismo tu cita ya que muchas personas siguen sin estar tan familiarizados con la tecnología.
I went to process my proof of tax situation, I arrived at 8:10 and there was already a line (somewhat short) to carry out their paperwork, they open at 8:30 sharp.
For proof, they only ask for your INE and in less than 10 minutes they gave it to me. For the other procedures they were asked to arrive by appointment, a lady from the sat commented that "appointments are only made through the Internet and the space is only opened in the morning" they told a guy that if he could not make the appointment, he will try early tomorrow morning again.
The attention is good but I think it would make it easier to generate your appointment right there since many people are still not so familiar with technology.

Las instalaciones muy limpias y cómodas; y con todas las medidas de higiene. Muchas gracias por todas sus atenciones.
Excellent service. Super friendly and patient. They help each other, so the quality of their service is very good, fast and efficient. Congratulations ???????? I went by appointment, and in half an hour at most, I was out.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Llegamos 1 hora antes de que abrieran para hacer fila de “gente sin cita” para únicamente sacar constancia de situación fiscal. Buen servicio en general aunque tardaron 3 intentos en encontrar mi información “porque no aparecía en su sistema”. Afuera hay un puesto con todo lo que te pudo haber faltado (viva México!) y hacen un buen filtro para dividir las filas entre citados, no citados y 3ra edad. Lo recomiendo por el amable trato de sus empleados y paciencia.
We arrived 1 hour before they opened to queue for “people without an appointment” to only get a record of the tax situation. Good service in general although it took 3 attempts to find my information "because it did not appear in their system". Outside there is a stand with everything you could have missed (long live Mexico!) and they make a good filter to divide the rows between quoted, not quoted and senior citizens. I recommend it for the kind treatment of its employees and patience.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Goverment office with friendly staff, when i visited it wasn´t crowded, they provide sitting space. The services are fast but they could be even more efficient (For example they asked us to scan certain documents before our appointment and when we were there, they scanned them again :$).
