★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ponen cualquier pretexto para atender a los usuarios, y te tratan de mala forma si preguntas alguna cuestión. Tardan mucho atendiendo los trámites cerca de 2 a 3 horas en salir del trámite.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Que dolor de cabeza con su sistema, la fila virtual tarda un mes en asignar cita cuando te consideran un dolor de cabeza para confirmar y cuando acude uno resulta que no esta en la lista de atención, personal incompetente en el acceso, las cosas eran más fáciles antes de la pandemia así como puede uno cumplir con las obligaciones fiscales, uno no tiene tiempo para asistir a sus horarios de atención, todos o la mayoría trabajamos, me dueles México, la tecnología no nos está haciendo mejores ni tampoco nos está ayudando al menos no en este caso.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Les falta capacidad para dar un servicio de mediana calidad, siempre. Hay mucha gente y nunca hay fichas para atender al momento. Sugerencias: contraten servidores públicos con vocación de servir o contraten más por qué siempre se les junta y es estresante tarnadr más de dos meses sin una cita por qué yo tienen capacidad de resolución.
They lack the capacity to provide a medium quality service, always. There are many people and there are never any cards to attend to at the moment. Suggestions: hire public servants with a vocation to serve or hire more because they are always brought together and it is stressful to spend more than two months without an appointment because I do not have resolution capacity.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Acudí a sacar mi cédula de identificación fiscal. No traía cita y aún así me atendieron llevando solo mi identificación. Los chicos super atentos y bien organizados. No tarde ni una hora en el trámite.
Para sacar la firma electrónica si se necesita sacar cita.

I went to get my tax identification card. I did not bring an appointment and even so they attended me taking only my identification. The guys are super attentive and well organized. Don't take an hour to process.

Y pues todo es lento y vale madres si llevas previa cita por qué todos pasan igual y digo entonces por qué sacar cita si no la respetan
