★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Todos son muy amables, la primera vez que acudí no llevaba cita porque todo el mes de junio estaba en rojo pero la señorita ( no recuerdo su nombre) me explico que aunque estaba todo en rojo abrían fechas para dar la cita y fue así como conseguí la cita en menos de una semana, cuando ya me atendieron todos me explicaron perfectamente mis dudas.
They are all very kind, the first time I went I did not have an appointment because the whole month of June was in red but the lady (I do not remember her name) explained to me that although it was all in red they opened dates to make the appointment and that is how I got The appointment in less than a week, when they all attended me, they explained my doubts perfectly.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ La atención es adecuado, el tiempo que tardes en realizar tu trámites dependerán de que tanta gente hay, pero en general el personal es cortez y eficaz, recomiendo acudir con previa cita, claro dependiendo del trámite a realizar

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ La atención es buena, y son eficientes, sin embargo no comprendo como es que la fila virtual no avance… llevo un mes esperando. La solución que me dieron fue salirme de la fila y volverme a meter, a ver si funciona en algún momento, lo cual pea mi no tiene ningún sentido.
The attention is good, and they are efficient, however I don't understand how it is that the virtual queue doesn't advance... I've been waiting a month. The solution they gave me was to get out of the queue and get back in, to see if it works at some point, which doesn't make any sense to me.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Oficinas espaciosas e iluminadas. Todas las personas con quienes traté fueron muy serviciales y amables, contestaron todas mis dudas y realizaron los trámites con eficiencia.
Las citas en línea son el motivo por el cual no doy todas las estrellas… es todo un show lograr una, a mi me tomó casi 4 meses.
Sí no llevas cita también te reciben pero esperarás bastante más.
Sí llevas auto, muy cerca puedes estacionar en un establecimiento por $10 la hora, y si vas en transporte público, en la esquina fácilmente lo abordas.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Fue sorpresivamente agradable la atención recibida en SAT Tlaxcala.
Resumen de mi experiencia del trámite "Cambio de Domicilio":
?Generé mi cita por internet con horario de 9:00 am,
? Llegué 8:50 am, el guardia amablemente saludaba y preguntaba con respecto al trámite a realizar e indicaba como formarnos en el patio del SAT.
? A las 8:55 am personal comenzó a brindar información específica con respecto al trámite a realizar.
? 9:00 am en recepción me atendieron y dieron turno para pasar a realizar mi trámite.
? 9:15 terminé mi trámite, la atención de la persona que me atendió fue excelente, muy amable y paciente.
? Para finalizar, me invitaron a contestar una encuesta y con gusto acepté, no me llevó más de 5 min.
Por lo que a las 9:20 am, yo estaba saliendo de las oficinas del SAT Tlaxcala con mi trámite resuelto.
¡Así sí quiero ir al SAT! ?.
The attention received at SAT Tlaxcala was surprisingly pleasant.
Summary of my experience of the "Change of Address" procedure:
? I made my appointment online with a schedule of 9:00 am,
? I arrived at 8:50 am, the guard kindly greeted and asked about the procedure to be carried out and indicated how to train in the SAT courtyard.
? At 8:55 am staff began to provide specific information regarding the procedure to be carried out.
? 9:00 am at the reception they attended me and gave me a shift to go through my procedure.
? 9:15 I finished my procedure, the attention of the person who attended me was excellent, very kind and patient.
? Finally, they invited me to answer a survey and I gladly accepted, it didn't take me more than 5 min.
So at 9:20 am, I was leaving the SAT Tlaxcala offices with my paperwork resolved.
So I do want to go to the SAT! ?.
