★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Hice mi cita allá en Valle de Bravo con mucha premura porque necesitaba meter unos papeles en 2 días y en el área metropolitana las citas están para mas de dos semanas. Llegué a las oficinas para realizar la revocación y renovación de la efirma y no me completaron el tramite porque no pudieron modificar mi CURP que estaba mal en el sistema (un error que ya habían cometido los funcionarios que dieron de alta mi efirma desde el principio en la CDMX). Me regresé a la CDMX y pasé a una oficina del SAT por informes y resultó que TODAS las oficinas marcadas con el servicio de efirma PUEDEN realizar la actualización de esos datos. Y entonces mi tramite SI se podía hacer allá, y más bien las encargadas NO sabían hacerlo.
Bastante malo el servicio, además de que no te apoyan en nada, cerrándose a un: "Aquí ya no podemos ayudarte, tienes que ir a una oficina con el servicio de actualización de datos". La verdad no lo recomiendo por si necesitas hacer un trámite con urgencia.
I made my appointment there in Valle de Bravo with great haste because I needed to get some papers in 2 days and in the metropolitan area the appointments are for more than two weeks. I arrived at the offices to carry out the revocation and renewal of the signature and they did not complete the process because they could not modify my CURP, which was wrong in the system (a mistake that the officials who registered my signature from the beginning in the CDMX). I returned to CDMX and went to a SAT office for reports and it turned out that ALL the offices marked with the signature service CAN update these data. And then my process YES could be done there, and rather the managers did NOT know how to do it.
The service is quite bad, besides that they do not support you at all, closing to a: "We can no longer help you here, you have to go to an office with the data update service". The truth is I do not recommend it in case you need to do a procedure urgently.
