Regrese inmediatamente y el empleado me dijo " NO HAY CAMBIOS NI DEVOLUCIONES , AHI LO DICE", efectivamente habia. "Puede ir a profeco si quiere , es la politica de la marca, si se lo cambio me lo cobran , asi es la marca Sayer , no piensa en el empleado ni en el cliente". Textual. INCREIBLE.
Terrible experience. Today I bought an ink and a polyurethane kit, I asked for it in oil, when I got home I saw that it gave me ink in water. I returned immediately and the employee told me "THERE ARE NO CHANGES OR REFUNDS, IT SAYS IT HERE", indeed there was. "You can go to Profeco if you want, it's the brand's policy, if I change it they charge me, that's what the Sayer brand is like, they don't think about the employee or the customer." Textual. AMAZING.
