Such a cool little town, lots of shops. Great food!

Perfect location...on the rustic side which is more my style, nothing fancy. But the view and location are priceless.

Very nice place always perfect to run away to , i hope everyone that visits is in the same mind set because you will appsalutly love it

(((Big problem))) nobody is talking about RAW SEWAGE is flowing right on to the main beach?!?! I was grossly disappoined, people were actually playing on the beach so gross. I would avoid this place unless you want your kids playing in feces.

I HAVE STAYED IN NICER HOSTELS We booked two rooms for a family vacation in December. Instead of the cozy beachfront hotel seen in photos, we encountered only disappointment. Plumbing issues included sinks with NO working water and barely a trickle in the shower. Dark rooms, stained and ragged towels, inadequate lighting and broken ACS were some other surprises. What makes this Hotel even worse is the absence of an on-site manager to assist guests. This property is a neglected Rip-Off.

It was my first time to visit Sayulita . Well I think it have been lost the real culture that they has but it has not left being a charming place . The better time to visit the beach is in the morning before 12 midday. I didn’t eat but they have many places to eat. It expensive rent a tent and chairs. The streets are so colorful and calms.

The worst!!!! Avoid this place - run - do not stay here! I am giving this hotel NO stars - (but google won’t let you post that way). The bulk of the reviews with 5 stars for this place come from “local guides” and should not be trusted - (and don’t hire those guides - they are scam artists). Do not stay in this hotel. At the “top of the market” prices these guys were charging, it is a total scam and a rip-off. It’s filthy, dark, noisy, smelly - in fact, our room was not even a hotel room. It was a former restaurant converted into a makeshift hotel room. No manager on site, no services whatsoever. Light bulbs were burned out. Air conditioning did not work. Doors were not lockable and flimsy. Water in the primitive and dirty bathroom was barely running. One morning, someone had urinated directly outside of our door. We had a wonderful family reunion planned and this hotel and all the problems associated with it ruined our vacation. This is the single worst place I have ever stayed in and it’s an embarrassment to Sayulita and Mexico.

Horrible experience! Don't go there! The pictures are not real, the hotel is dirty, dark, old and too expensive for what they offer. I forgot a towel / pareo and then came back and they said they didn't find it. But I know I left it there but as there is no reception or no one responsible there is nothing I could do. The room was definitely not what was shown in the pictures, it was old, dirty and rusty. I forgot a towel that I really loved and I called and called the whole day and wrote emails just some minutes after I realized that I had forgotten it and NO BODY answered the phone or my emails. When we got there the next day to ask, there was no one responsible, only the cleaning lady and I know that she lied when she said she didn't see it because I even know per sure where I left it but as there was no one responsible in the property there was nothing we could do and it was a horrible experience. Don't trust the pictures and don't go there if you expect a nice place. I have the real pictures below!!
