★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Before I took Megan's breathwork class, I didn't know what to expect, and was even a bit skeptical. Within the first 10 minutes of the class, I knew it was for real.
Megan's presence was calming, and her confidence in leading the group seemed to make everyone feel at ease. The class consisted of 9 people, and I truly believe each person left the session feeling more at peace with themselves than before.
The hour flew by, but the wide range of emotional sensations that I felt are something I will never forget. Even the music she played during the session took me to another level.
All you need to do is commit to the breathing. Megan's experience as a facilitator and calming presence does the rest. Very grateful for the breathwork session and will definitely do it again!
