They helped us purchase the land, and held out hands through the unfamiliar and complex legal journey of getting land titled in Mexico. They helped provide an architect and builder who were both incredible, and produced an incredible house on time and on budget. Unlike a realtor in the rest of North America, who disappear as soon as the deal is done, this team never left our side and went far beyond our expectations. A special shout-out to Keylen the office manager who keeps the place organized and running. She was always there to answer out questions and make sure things got done. We have known Gabriel since 2015 when we started working w/ him and his staff at Sayulita Coastal Properties to buy a home. We found Gaby, Jordi and Keylen to all be extremely knowledgable and very patient in assisting us to find our perfect home. We ended up buying a beautiful condo in Monterosa on the north end of town which was just breaking ground. SCP assisted us each step of the way as the construction progressed, money transfers were initiated and documents were prepared. After signing the purchase agreement we returned to the states and SCP was our conduit for information during construction, and upon completion, had all our paperwork in order. They were responsive to our every question and every need as we wove our way through a real estate process far different than the ones were familiar with. The entire purchase and construction process took about a year and SCP was there the entire way. Two years later we bought a 2nd piece of property in Sayulita which was "Ejido". The process was different than buying the condo and Gaby helped us understand those differences and how to move ownership from ejido to Bank Trust (titled). Owning property in a Bank Trust is the preferred way most gringos/expats want to hold title. Gaby showed us what needed to be done and helped us navigate through the "foreign" bureaucracy and any time we need his assistance he was there for us. Now we have teamed up w/ Gaby to sell property. He was invaluable in the selling process from start to finish. From setting the appropriate listing price to insuring all the various issues between buyer and seller are successfully addressed. He and his assistant, Keylen were always responsive and professional. The entire process us completed in record time (60 days) and was entirely trouble free.
