We stayed with Theis (owner) and his wife Cristina's Sayulita Trailer Park, for about 6 days. The place was clean, well run and perfect for a close to the beach location. They rent trailers, 1 and 2 bedroom places. I would recommend staying here. Also down the street about 100 feet away is by far the best Italian Restaurant i have eaten at in Mexico, oh! the salads are to die for! Good food, great beach, friendly owner and surfing, what more could you ask for.

We stayed at this place for 6 nights,
nice spot, right on the beach, close to surf spot and town, it's true that the facilities could use a little bit more love and also not running down of toilet paper when you pay 400 pesos/day, but over all nice. We were thinking of staying an extra week, so we ask, kindly, to Christina, the owner, if they had a price per week. I guess no: she immediately started to be rude to us by saying that we were not well educated to ask a question like that, that she was well educated because she lived in the USA and that us "French Canadian" would be always winning in french (is that racism?) She told us that people who ask that kind of question must leave NOW... so we left, with a bitter taste.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The facilities are good enough and the location is great, however all the good things about this place are exceeded by the awful treatment from the owners. My family came here hoping to have a good time, relaxing by the beach and we left after being literally kicked out by the couple who owns the place. They were rude and disrespectful to us without any reason whatsoever.
We own an RV so we thought we'd found a perfect place for us in Sayulita, but after this unpleasant experience we will never be going back to that place.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Beautiful campsite right on the beach and practically in town. Everyone was super friendly, we even got invited to a game of bocce ball with the owner and another resident. 200 pesos per person per night for full hook ups, WiFi and access to clean bathroom and showers. Will be back :)
