M	Maggie Prado Miranda on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pésimo servicio más de hora y media para que nos entregarán lo que pedimos y nisiquiera fue la mitad de la orden , tengan cuidado al pagar con tarjeta ya que nos hicieron cargos dobles con las dos tarjetas que pagamos ( el mesero apodado el "canelo" hizo el cargo doble argumentando que le pedia dos veces el nip ?)no nos dimos cuenta hasta horas despues que nos llegaron los cargos de la por. Ese mismo día tuvieron varios reclamos por las mismas situaciones. J	Jessica Solis on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ He asistido en 2 ocasiones, la experiencia ha sido completamente distinta, la primera vez nos atendieron muy bien, el precio de la comida es económico, la presentación increíble y de buen sabor, lo mejor del lugar es el ambiente en la parte de arriba, ya que hay grupos o solistas amenizando, la segunda vez que fui era demasiada gente, el personal no se da a basto, 25 minutos para asignarme una mesa sucia y sin servilletas, en la mesa esperé otros 20 para que me llevaran el menú, a los 10 min nos tomaron la orden donde por cierto se les habían agotado varios platillos y después de 50 minutos esperando aunque sea las bebidas, tuve que hablar con el encargado para que nos llevaran la orden, el caldo y los pescaditos llegaron muy fríos, las bebidas no tan frías, los cócteles incompletos y en mi filete empanizado un cabello, sin duda el ambiente de la música en vivo es muy bueno, pero si no tienen la capacidad para atender a tanta gente que no acepten tantos comensales. La señorita que nos atendió qué tiene acento como cubano muy amable pero parece qué la quieren bloquear porque daba vueltas y vueltas y no le daban las bebidas ni los alimentos y aunque fue a pedirle ayuda al encargado no la atendía. Y de postre solo tenían fresas mejor nos fuimos a otro lugar a tomar café y postre. Nada que ver con la Sucursal Patriotismo que siempre es de calidad la comida y buena atención. Lo comenté con mi hermano y le pasó lo mismo pidió para llevar y no había nada de gente y a la señorita no le daban los platillos también 40 minutos para su pedido.
