Their pizzas are good, but their service leaves a lot to be desired, they got mixed up in order and took longer than promised, their lemonade would have tasted good if it didn't taste like chlorine

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 수속검사하고 게이트 안쪽으로 들어와야있어요. 펜네파스타에 퀘소소스 뿌려먹으면 너무 맛있어요ㅜㅜ 피자는 두꺼운거 했는데도 생각보다 안부담스럽고 맛있어요 체고최고!!
You have to check in and go inside the gate. Penne pasta with queso sauce is so delicious ㅜㅜ The pizza is thicker than I thought, but it feels lighter and more delicious.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Solo subí por una pizza sbarro pero la señorita que atendía se bajaba el cubrebocas y se tocaba la nariz como si se le olvidará que son alimentos los que está manipulando, mejor fui a otro lado, quiero aclarar que esto que ví fué en la sucursal del aeropuerto CDMX el día 16 de enero al rededor de las 12 del medio día
I only went upstairs for a sbarro pizza but the lady who attended lowered her mask and touched her nose as if she forgot that it is food that she is handling, I better go somewhere else, I want to clarify that what I saw was in the branch of the CDMX airport on January 16 around 12 noon

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Oooooooold food. Nostalgia brought me here and I regret it :( the pizza was mostly bread and the salad was out for way to long without being covered or swapped out. The staff also wouldn’t assist until I glared at them.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Horrible experience. They close at 10 yet they’ve run out of dough. I went at 7:45 with plenty of time and still couldn’t get my pizza. They only have lemonade??? And bottled water and Pepsi. Tried to tell the girl don’t charge me for the bread stick (25 pesos) and that should call it even but she wanted to charge me for both slices separately. Around (200 something pesos) when the combo was 159 pesos.
