★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 100% recomendado. Ellos no te bajan de peso. Es uno mismo con disciplina nada es con magia. Me enseñaron a comer y eso es lo que me mantiene en mi pesos ideal. Te ayudan a crear buenos hábitos que es lo único que te hará mantenerte toda la vida. Si no estás listo para un cambio así, no va a funcionar.
