★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Compramos ahí nuestra perrita y pocas horas después empezó a defecar con sangre, la llevamos de inmediato ya que según te ofrecen garantías, le hicieron un diagnóstico y le dieron tratamiento, después de una semana nos la dieron y al día siguiente la perrita volvió a estar mal.. no vale la pena comprar ahí, son bonitos pero no se vale que te los den malitos. Además cuando estuvo con ellos en el tratamiento tardaban horas en contestar ya que queríamos saber su estado de salud y lo hacían de muy mal modo. Según te dicen que para emergencias te contestarán de inmediato y no lo hacen ni siquiera contestaron llamadas todo fue vía WhatsApp. A la hora de la entrega de la perrita fingieron no estar por lo que alguien mas nos la entregó, sin embargo regrese para hacer algunas preguntas y resultó que sale la persona que segun no se puede encontraba. Ni si quiera te marcan como seguimiento de vacunas o de salud y no vale aplicar la disque garantia que al final te cobran mas que un hospital especializado y ni la curan.
Te dicen te damos garantías de salud, vida y raza y aun cuando a las horas de que la compramos la perrita estaba mal tuvimos que pagar el disque estudio cuando por algo te ofrecen garantía. Pésimo lugar para comprar ahí

They tell you we give you guarantees of health, life and race and even when the dog was wrong at the time we bought it, we had to pay for the studio record when they offer you a guarantee for something. Terrible place to shop there

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Adquirí 3 perritos con ellos, a diferencia de los demás, mi experiencia con la garantía fue BUENA. Te aclaran desde la compra que es válida solo dentro de su consultorio... como los coches. Sólo tuve que pagar medicamentos y no cobran honorarios ni hospitalización. Por experiencias pasadas ( no tan buenas en otras clínicas) , creo que nos toca aplicar la de acudir al médico de confianza o cabecera y estar conscientes que los perrijos son como los hijos humanos, es posible que le tengas que invertir a tratamientos por las enfermedades que naturalmente pueden padecer. Gracias!
I acquired 3 puppies with them, unlike the others, my experience with the guarantee was GOOD. They clarify from the purchase that it is valid only within his office ... like cars. I only had to pay for medications and they do not charge fees or hospitalization. From past experiences (not so good in other clinics), I think we have to apply to go to the trusted doctor or GP and be aware that puppies are like human children, you may have to invest in treatments for diseases they can naturally suffer. Nosotros tenemos un schauzer desde hace 7 años y ha pasado por varias cosas de salud y siempre ha recibido la mejor atención por parte de su Veterinario Yuri además se ha quedado a su cuidado unos días 'De Hotel " y de la paso super.
