Trabaje alli por 2 años. Lo unico que puedo decir es que es una empresa en la cual aprendes mucho, el ambiente laboral es bueno, pero los gerentes de almacen siempre son muy prepotentes. .
Lo que si es bueno son las prestaciones que tiene la empresa (comedor, gimnasio,caja de ahorro). El sueldo es bajo, pero si haces antigüedad puedes subir tu sueldo(retabulacion).
Lo malo es que si llegas a salir ya no te recontratan y en estos momentos ya no te dejan hacer antigüedad. Han despedido a muchos y al mismo tiempo contratan a 2 personas para un puesto de trabajo. En pocas palabras tienes a tu remplazo a tu lado. Tu les enseñas a los nuevos y si después deciden que no les sirves te desechan. Al menos por ahora el trabajo no es muy seguro.
Les aconsejo que si van a pedir trabajo lleguen a formarse a la 6 o 7 am minimo y estén con la mentalidad que saldrán hasta la 1 de las entrevistas( depende d fila que se haga). Solo te entrevistan de Lunes a jueves.

What is good is the benefits that the company has (dining room, gym, savings bank). The salary is low, but if you do seniority you can raise your salary (re-enrollment).
The bad thing is that if you leave, they no longer rehire you and at this time they no longer let you do seniority. They have fired many and at the same time they hire 2 people for a job. In short, you have your replacement by your side. You teach the new ones and if later they decide that you don't serve them, they reject you. At least for now the job is not very safe.
I advise them that if they are going to ask for a job, they get to be trained at 6 or 7 am minimum and be with the mentality that they will leave until 1 of the interviews (it depends on what line is done). They only interview you from Monday to Thursday.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ el trabajo es excelente nada pesado y el crecimiento que le dan los trabajadores es bastante bueno, aunque el pago es muy bajo toma alrededor de 2 años subir a un sueldo digno, la cara mala de la moneda son los jefes y las colombianas de RH y planta, son personas déspotas y prepotentes que carecen de sentido común, el trabajo jamás es seguro no importa si tienes 1 mes o 20 años no les importa correrte sin reparo alguno ya que para ellos no eres escencial
