★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This place is outstanding regards food, service, and unique ambiance. The open air restaurant is very small, may be just 12 seats.
A small selection of German specialities, such as Bratwurst, Gulash, and Schnitzel is available at budget pricing. I enjoyed the best french fries. Strongly recommended!

The food is spot on, we had the Schnitzel and the Gulash, was delicious and very authentic. The atmosphere is chill with a homely feel, perfect to get away from the tourist tracks.
We already came back and will be back again ! Thank you to Harry and his wife for the beautiful evenings !

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We went a couple of nights ago and it was great. Had the chicken and my wife the pork and it was the best schnitzel I have had outside of Germany. The mushroom gravy ( jagar) to die for. Great Belgium Beer can't recommend it higher. Going back in a couple of nights. Give it a go and support this little unique restaurant in Playa Del Carmen.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Delicious! The establishment is quaint and away from all of the overly tourist areas, which we absolutely loved. The food was amazing! Between my husband and I and our 2 kiddos we devoured a Gulash, 2 Bratwurst and a Chicken Schnitzel (plus sides of bread, sauerkraut and fries). The owner was delightful, the ambiance just right and the food reminded me of my German heritage. Highly recommend!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This place is fantastic. We got a chicken Schnitzel, which comes with roasted potatoes and salad, and as a German I can say that it was both authentic and outstandingly delicious.
We also got Käsespätzle, which was less good, but given the incredible Schnitzel dish that’s forgiven ?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Amazing flavors and everything I've had here after 3 visits has been perfect. Seriously the best German food I've had outside of Germany. The pork shoulder and beef goulash are 10 out of 10. Red cabbage is best I've had. Delicate flavors.
