Me postulé para una vacante en el área de monitoreo y no me gustó que solo te expliquen como se hacen las cosas y ese mismo día ya te ponen hacer las actividades deben de mejorar en por lo menos dejar aprender al nuevo personal 1 semana como mínimo.
Good attention from reception and human resources. I applied for a vacancy in the monitoring area and I did not like that they only explain how things are done and that same day they already make you do the activities they must improve by at least letting the new staff learn for at least 1 week.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Muy mal servicio además de que no entregan el paquete en tiempo y forma, si no encuentra. Tu dirección no te marcan, devuelven el paquete a destino. Además de que se molestan si les marcas.
Very bad service in addition to not delivering the package in a timely manner, if it is not found. Your address is not marked, they return the package to its destination. Besides that they get upset if you mark them.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ No es Lo mejor, me han entregado algunos paquetes bien solo por que pague el rastreo, ya que los otros los regresaron, se que luego es difícil la entrega por equis cosa, trafico,lluvia, ruta etc, pero mejor que avisen por teléfono en vez de poner que no encontraron a nadie y regresar los paquetes. Incluso la mayoría esta dispuesto a recogerlo en la Sucursal sin problema.
It is not the best, they have delivered some packages to me just because I paid for the tracking, since the others returned them, I know that later it is difficult to deliver because of what, traffic, rain, route, etc, but it is better that they notify by phone in instead of saying they didn't find anyone and returning the packages. Even most are willing to pick it up at the branch without problem.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pésimo servicio, registran intentos fallidos cuando nunca visitaron el domicilio (comprobado por circuito cerrado).
Si le indican que su paquete está con ellos seguramente no le llegará. Si intenta llamar al numero que le proporcionen o el que tienen en correo no le contestarán nunca.
Terrible service, they register failed attempts when they never visited the address (verified by closed circuit).
If they tell you that your package is with them, it will surely not arrive. If you try to call the number they provide you or the one they have in the mail, they will never answer you.

Leyendo todos los comentarios me hice a la idea de que mi paquete podía demorar. Pero fue hasta ver los status de mi pedido en donde registraron intentos de entrega aún cuando la dirección es clara y ubicable en etiqueta.
Nunca me llamaron, no hubo intento de entrega y devolvieron mi paquete al vendedor.

Reading all the comments I made up my mind that my package could take a while. But it was not until I saw the status of my order that they recorded delivery attempts even though the address is clear and located on the label.
They never called me, there was no delivery attempt, and they returned my package to the seller.
