El pasado sábado 4 de mayo realice una publicación quejándome del servicio por tener una mala experiencia. A los 50 minutos me contestaron dándome datos de cómo me podrían atender. Y hoy 6 de mayo me han contactado un par de ejecutivos (Jonathan Pelayo y Martín González) para brindarme ayuda y asesoría. Efectivamente la compra la realicé con un distribuidor, aún así SCM está dando la cara y tomarán el problema como suyo.
