★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Excelente servicio, buena actitud, pero...nunca lo entregaron en mi domicilio. Les mandé la ubicación por Google Maps y ni así lo entregaron. Tuve que ir por el paquete a sus oficinas. Me comentaron que "el mensajero es nuevo". Pésimo para una empresa de mensajería.
Excellent service, good attitude, but ... it was never delivered to my door. I sent them the location on Google Maps and they didn't even deliver it. I had to go to their offices for the package. They told me that "the messenger is new." Terrible for a courier company.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Doy una estrella PORQUE NO PUEDO DAR MENOS!! La peor paquetería de todas, nunca traen las cosas a domicilio, el repartidor me envía mensajes para yo ir por mis paquetes diciéndome "solo llego hasta la caseta de Xyz lugar" y ese lugar me queda a DOS HORAS DE DISTANCIA. Si no pueden llegar al domicilio no tomen responsabilidad.
I give one star BECAUSE I CAN'T GIVE LESS!! The worst package of all, they never bring things to the address, the delivery man sends me messages for me to go get my packages telling me "I only go to the Xyz place booth" and that place is TWO HOURS AWAY. If you can't make it home don't take responsibility.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Menor calificacion no se puede dar un asco de compañía les envié mapa de la ubicación, fotos les indique paso a paso, le estuve llamando al tipo de la entrega, número sin servicio, ni WhatsApp ningún medio de contacto llame a l compañía ningún número despide, ni sucursal ni corporativo unos pranganas ladrones me envían un mensaje indicando e que ya hicieron dos intentos y devolverán el paquete, trabajo en casa 24/7 estoy en el domicilio ni un vehículo, moto, servicio o transporte se presentó

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Según la aplicación de AliExpress, el repartidor de esta empresa intentó entregar el paquete el 27 de mayo, sin embargo, no se pudo. Para el 30 de mayo, la empresa decidió regresar mi paquete al país de origen. Tengo los registros de que no hicieron más intentos y tampoco me buscaron para saber si podía recoger el paquete en sus instalaciones. En fin, su logística es horrible y se quieren lavar las manos.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The worst delivery company ever, I have been waiting for a package for the last 3 weeks, it has been stuck in Guadalajara warehouse. They said they tried 4 times to deliver, then on their web site it said attempt fail, so I send them 4-5 messages, by E-MAIL, or on their own customer service to tell them they have the wrong address, gave them my good address 5 times, finally a person call me and confirm my address, said he would deliver the package the next day by 2:00 pm, waited again all day nada. I do not understand I think they want to keep my package, it is very precious to me, I ordered that from China, waited along time , now this... Horrible, never deal with this company, ever.
