Great place to rent a scooter! Responds really quick on whatsapp if you need anything. The guy was really friendly, speaks very good Englisch. Even arranged a taxi for us to the busstation when brought back the scooter! Great service, take care amigo!

Bad experience, We received the scooter the night before in the dark and did not take pictures of it (!! Always do so when you rent a scooter or car) and did not pay attention during the day to scratches on the scooter (we used it to visit chichen itza and some cenotes nearby). We drove it back in the evening and the rental guy told us we had to pay for the scratches on the motor bike, or would not return our id card. We did not fall during the day and told him so (we are honest people), however he did not believe us and we had to pay near 1500 pesos additional over rental price of 700. We had an ugly fight with him (as we did not want to pay for a scratch we were not responsible for!!) and we found him unprofessional. It ruined our holidays for several days, as we we were treated badly by this company and lost money. I recommend you going elsewhere!! Tbh, we do not understand how it got so many good reviews. And PLEASE take pictures of every cm2 as they can say whatever they want as you are without proof.

Great scooters! Worked great for us and brought us all the way to Chichen Itza, Ek Balam and more. Quick response on WhatsApp and he also speaks good English. You can always reach him and he is very flexible. Thank you!

We rented a Scooter to go to Chichen Itza and it was really great! Renan is super nice and he even got as some coupons for welcome drinks in a Cenote nearby. The price was fair. Would absolutely do it again!

I had an excellent experience renting a scooter from Renan. He was super accommodating, informative, and helpful- speaking both English and Spanish. The scooter worked great, and it was fun and interesting to see places I wouldnt have been able to access with public transportation. Also, his prices were very competitive. Additionally, he organizes tours to various sights around the region. He was very honest and straightforward about costs, what the tour would be like etc. The only downside about the scooter was there wasn't a big selection when it came to helmets. I had to wear one that was too big for me. Still, overall I highly recommend! -Nora

Very good option to rent a scooter. The scooter was in a good condition and it was very uncomplicated to rent it. Renan was very friendly and gave us many suggestions for exploring all around Valladolid. Prices are european standard. We made the pictures at the spots we've visited with the scooter (Chichen Itze, Ek Balam, Cenote Palomitas and Cenote Xkeken)

I had a great experience renting a scooter with them, the transaction was quick and easy and they were fully transparent about everything. The motor bike worked perfectly, I got my full deposit back, and they even dropped it off & picked it up from my hotel for me. Would recommend them to anyone!
