Hands down best car, scooter, and bicycle rental service in Merida! They offer a wide variety of brand new vehicles and bikes at a very affordable rate. On top of delivering premium products, the service is phenomenal! Carlos is an amazing person and goes above and beyond to provide outstanding service! In Mexico, renting vehicles tends to be a very expensive and stressful process - but my experience here was seamless, affordable, and pleasant - truly a breath of fresh air. Highly recommended!

Carlos and company are great. Rented a car when family came for Christmas and they delivered a practically brand new perfectly clean car to our house. They came back when we were finished with it and picked it up with no problems. Smooth transaction and nice vehicle.

These guys are the best! Carlos and his team supplied me with a rental car for a month at a very competitive rate. There was no hassle, just check the car, sign the paperwork, pay and off I went on a 5000km road trip. The car was clean comfortable and worked perfectly. I didn't need any help but it was reassuring to know that I could call Carlos at any time if needs be. A very professional company and I will use them again next time I'm in Merida. They also do motorcycles and I've had a 250cc trail bike from them in the past. I can't recommend this company highly enough.

I’m so happy we decided to rent with this company! The staff were friendly and efficient and the whole process was straightforward, quick, and easy! Their location is super close to so many hotels and they’re only a couple of minutes walk off of Paseo de Montejo. The car was perfect for our weekend travel plans and the price was fantastic - SO much better than the standard “online car rental” places! I paid significantly less than the big name online companies, and the car comes with insurance so I was worry-free! The car we rented is automatic (but they have manual cars as well) and it was brand new, insanely clean, and great on gas! We had zero issues whatsoever and I would ABSOLUTELY rent a car with them again! I should’ve taken more photos, but I snapped a couple of inside while we were on the road. I didn’t realize, but they also have scooters, motorcycles, and bikes for rent as well! I will 100% rent with them again while I’m in Merida… and look forward to trying out a scooter or bike next!

Clear communication, comprehensive review of high quality car before renting and on return. SUV saved me when I got stuck in a flooded town by the coast. I was impressed by thrir flexibility in allowing me to return the car outside of Sunday business hours. Very friendly and no nonsense. To cap the experience they delivered the car to my hotel and allowed me to return it there too. I recommend this company for the quality of service and dependability of their vehicles.

I was looking for a place to rent a Scooter in Merida after finding Carlos's place online I thought these 5 star ratings were BS. However, after talking with him and renting a scooter for a week and returning it I can say they are all legitimate. He has a reputable business and is very fair and FAST. When I am back in Merida I will go back to Carlos and rent more from him. Highly recommended. I good man with a good business.

Where to start? Carlos is professional, honest, reliable and fairly priced. His vehicles are all new, insured, clean, and kept in great shape so no worries about safety or breakdowns which is very important when you are out exploring around Merida. We have rented cars from him at least 5 times, and in our interactions, we have only deepened our respect for him and his crew. In an industry where travelers to a foreign area are often taken advantage of, this guy is the one with integrity. 100% highly recommend!

I rarely write reviews, but this place is amazing - highly recommended getting your rental here. My wife & I spent a month in Mérida, and rented a scooter as well as a car for some time. Both rentals were priced fairly, together with great service and communication, couldn’t be happier with the experience. We will be back in Merida in a few months and will definitely rent here again - go check it out!!
