★ ★ ★ ★ ★ These guys were awesome. They were on time for drop off and pickup as scheduled through whatsapp...which made things very easy. The scooters were in great condition and ran well the whole time. Karim and Fabian were very helpful with drop off and delivery. I would highly recommend this company for your scooter rentals in Tulum.

Karim, Julian and Hugo were great, always responding to questions, friendly, they cared about how I was enjoying my holidays and gave great tips on how to enjoy the best of Tulum!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Two of five in our group rented scooters for the entire week. The scooters appeared to be the best quality rental scooters up and down the beach. The service was impeccable. Communication was timely and complete. No hidden fees or unkept promises. A big thank you to Marco, Karim, and the rest of the team.
We rented quads, scooters and used taxi services to navigate Tulum. Scooters were by far the most economical and convenient method of transportation.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Marco, Karim, Hugo & the entire team were amazing! My family including my wife and 3 teenage kids rented 4 scooters for the week. They were great for navigating around and value priced. We accidentally locked the scooter keys in the seat trunk while at the beach. Hugo and Karim met us there within 15 minutes, unlocked it for us & didn’t charge us for their trouble! All the Scooters were in great shape and we would definitely rent from them again!
Highly recommend!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Karim and the team were extremely helpful with our scooter rental. The scooter was on tip top shape, they provided us with helmets, and the basics in how to navigate Tulum safely! They were super communicative and ever delivered and picked up our scooter from our hotel making it extra convenient for us! We will never rent a scooter from anywhere else in Tulum and we can’t wait to be back again soon!

Our scooter was in top condition and the rates were very reasonable! The top differentiator, though, was the impeccable communication we received from start to finish along with the overall friendliness of the staff. They were so warm and made our day in Tulum very special! They even helped us negotiate a better rate for a taxi and ensured we got back to our resort safely. We can't recommend them enough -- they are the kindest people and we will always use them every time we visit. Thank you Scooter Tulum Services!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Great service! They delivered our scooter as soon as we arrived to Tulum. They communicated with us before our trip and during the rental. We were advised if anything went wrong to chat with them on what’s app. The scooter was in perfect condition, basically brand new. We had the best time! We scheduled a pick up time and they even came early when we messaged our shuttle to airport arrived early. They came to us within 15 minutes of texting. Definitely rent from them! Will not disappoint!
