Great price and helpful/friendly owner. Be sure to bring passport or pay deposit instead. I forgot my passport but owner let me take the scooter to bring it back from my hotel ?. I used scooter to go to many cenote around and even Ek balam. At the end, need to return the full gas tank, but gas is cheap. I really recommend this option. I would come here again if I ever need a scooter.

Great scooter, but we were told that with an extra insurance ($80) we would be completely covered, therefore we paid for it. The guy was super chill about it so I didn't read through the document fully (as I should have of course). When we returned it, there was some minor scratches and we had to pay an additional $400 for a paint job.

Rented a scooter from one day, really nice service. The scooter had some scratches in the front from before me, and as a usual precaution I should have taken the pictures before starting my ride. I was too excited to go to Chichen Itza so I forgot… when I got back, of course this was investigated and I was asked whether I have some photos. One quick call from the gentleman from the shop to somebody and I was told that indeed the scratches were there before and everything is ok. I felt that it is a very honest and trustworthy business.

We rented a scooter for the full day. We chose this one due to the good reviews and we are thankful we went for this business. They were very clear when signing the renting contract and with all the questions we had. They noticed a small crack under the motorcycle that they probably didn’t notice earlier. The employee or owner told me there was no hit warning on his phone so all was good but pointed me to that little crack saying that he only noticed that now but that it was fine, he still requested me to see the photo I took of that area of the motorcycle prior to rent to see if we could at least see a bit of that crack, it kinda showed a small irregularity on that area a bit out of focus but enough to show an irregularity was there in that exact same spot, was enough for him, didn’t raise any problems or questions. He was very polite. Just take photos or make a video filming everywere under whatever you rent and you should be good. I would rent here again.

i rented a bicycle for 3 hours with good deal. the bike had a brake (you know sometimes bikes in this region don't have brakes, i can't ride this kind) and also good adjustable seat, so it was perfect for me. i recommend this shop. i enjoyed the way to cenote Suytun which took 40mins one way for me.

I rented from these guys twice and both times it was a great experience. The have options to rent for 6, 12, and 24 hour periods (costs are 400, 500, and 600 pesos respectively). They explained everything clearly including how the insurance works, and there weren’t any surprise costs or charges. Bike was in good condition - just had some cosmetic damage, which they encouraged me to take pictures of beforehand to avoid any confusion upon the return.
