This scooter rental is a really good choice. The price was 550 Pesos a day. They also offer half day prices. You feel really safe, because they make sure your scooter is working properly and they also make pictures and you can make a test drive. The staff was answering really fast and they all were super friendly. Anytime again. ?

Super easy to deal with, we rolled up at noon and we were Hooked up. Deposit and DL is up front, do it and roll out. We saw so much more this way. Plus it was fun!!!!

10 out of 10. Highly recommend. Customer service was excellent, the scooters were in great condition, and the price was very fair. We ran over a nail and had a flat tire, they came within 5 minutes to bring us a new scooter! Great company to work with!

Guys are really really good. Easy and friendly and very helpful. It was my first time with the scooter and I got step by step instructions and a driving lesson. Price is the best in the whole town. So if you are hesitating- just go for it. They have no sign outside so you need to call when you are at that location.

Great place for scooter rental. Very trustworthy and the staff is friendly. We left our passport as deposit and had no problems. The scooter worked well and it was very useful to get around in tulum. Nothing negative to say. ??It was our first time driving a scooter and they were very kind in teaching us how to drive. ?

The entire Scootorama team was wonderful. Excellent customer service. They showed up on time to drop off the scooters in the pouring rain even when we told them our arrival time would be delayed form the Cancun airport. And when we needed to leave early in the morning to jump on our shuttle back to the airport a few days later, they were there to pick them up. No problems what so ever with the scooters. They give you a full run down on how to operate them if your a rookie, and advise you of the local rules of the road. They even sent a list of things to do in the area. They were top of the line new models and very fast! Don’t feel paranoid about leaving your ID with your deposit. They handed it back with my whole deposit. No games, no shady business. All smiles and positive vibes from the Scootorama guys! Definitely doing business with them again.

Amazing experience. If you are visiting Tulum, do not rent from another company. These guys are the absolute best. Amazing service, very customer friendly and trusting. Our scooter was brand new, not even 2k KM on it. Prices are also very competitive. Visited on April 19th, 2022. Bonus: we got to meet Floki ;)

Awesome service! Very friendly and nice people. The gave us some amazing recommendations. Even when we already gave the scooter back, they gave is some good recommendations for places to visit later. Also very trustworthy. If you want to rent a scooter in Tulum I would definitely recommend this place. 5 star rating! Would have given 6 if that was possible!?
