Fui a abrir una cuenta de debito a esta sucursal y lo primero que me dicen es que es OBLIGATORIO CONTRATAR UN SEGURO DE VIDA para poder abrir la cuenta por el cual me descontarian $176 mensuales por tantos peros que nos pusieron al final no abrimos la cuenta. Y ahora informandome resulta que nadie puede obligarte a comprar o adquirir ningún producto o servicio encontra de tu voluntad. Y estas practicas son un delito que se puede denunciar ante la Condusef. Mala sucursal.

Me robaron la tarjeta en el cajero de centro maya, me vaciaron la tarjeta,las camaras tienen que tener al tipo grabado desde el domingo y el gerente del banco me da largas y no me ha ayudado en nada, dice que tengo que seguir el caso por teléfono y la del telefono dice que se resuelve hasta el 24 de agosto, esto pasó el domingo y sigo sin tenee respuesta ni nadie que me ayude o me apoye, me robaron todo lo que tenia y me quieren dejar mas de un mes sin dinero??? Esto es un abuso soy su cliente hace mas de 10 años y no son capaces de ayudarme, cuando me robaron en su propia sucursal y esta todo grabado, no se quien es peor si el ladron o el banco. Exijo que me regresen mi dinero.

Al llegar a casa nos faltaban 10,000 mil pesos, regresamos para hacer el reclamo y era obvio que el gerente y la cajera estaban juntos en el robo y simplemente nos ignoraron y no atendieron la queja.

If you want the worst service at an understaffed bank with overworked hostile account executives, then open your bank account here. You are guaranteed to have at least a one hour wait, usually more, to talk to account executive. Its a great place to catch up on your sleep while you take a nap in air conditioning. Adios Scotiabank. I cant wait to cancel my account after many years here. That is if I ever get to talk to an account executive. Ive been waiting already 1.5 hours. This happens every time.
