★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Considero que para las 5 estrellas solo les falta agilidad en sus trámites y actividades durante el día, pero es uno de los bancos con menor cartera de clientes comparados con otros, pero con mejor asesoría, no hay tantas letras chicas, cuando tienes alguna situacion hasta los gerentes actúan de manera personal y eso no lo tienes en todos los bancos, el número de cajeros siempre es reducido, está sucursal tiene sala de espera, área climatizada, solo tiene un cajero automático y sus terminales operativas son lentas igual
