Las cajas funcionan bien, pero los ejecutivos si no vas a contratar algo antes de entender lo que pides te dicen que ellos no pueden resolver y que debes llamar al centro de atención telefónica. Muy mal servicio.
The boxes work well, but the executives if you are not going to hire something before understanding what you ask they tell you that they can not resolve and that you should call the call center. Very bad service.

Terrible servicio. No hay casi clientes, pero como sólo hay un ejecutivo, no hay gerente, y los demás empleados no hacen nada, se tarda uno horas esperando para que al menos lo atiendan.

Muuuuuy lento el servicio, vine a la sucursal porque dijeron en la línea telefónica que aquí me ayudatian con un problema de una tarjeta de crédito que cancele hace mas de año y medio y sigue apareciendo como activa y aquí dice que el trámite es por teléfono, nadie se hace responsable ni hacen su trabajo.

Pésima atención. Después de estar una hora y media esperando ser atendida por el único ejecutivo que se encontraba hoy sábado 17/08/2019, me dicen que una pareja que había llegado después que yo iba a ser atendida primero porque tenían cita. Haberme dicho eso y ya decidía yo si esperaba o no. Pésima atención del anfitrión que está en la entrada -que está más pendiente de ir a comprar desayunos que de atender al público- y del propio ejecutivo

El Dia Miércoles entre las 3 : 40 y 3 :50 hiba a realizar un depósito había una señorita desocupada aún así tardaron en pasarme cuando pasé le di el número de la tarjeta a la cual hiba a depositar al chico 2 veces dicté el número y me dijo que no se podía que estaba inabilitada que le comunicará a la persona de la tarjeta fue un chico delgado y Moreno le comunique a la persona y me dijo que su tarjeta estaba sin pendientes, conclusión no me quizo atender, espero entrenen mejor al personal para el trato justo al cliente.

Pésimo servicio y actitud en especial de la subgerente del sábado. No me pudo ayudar a realizar un pago. Pedían las instrucciones impresas, sin que en las instrucciones dijera esto. Está política no tiene sentido y es un desperdicio de papel.

Super grosera la señorita que atiende para pasar con ejecutivo. Nada amable y a todo pone peros. Mal el banco por contratar gente sin actitud de servicio.
