I just want better service for scotiabank customers with executives like cashiers, sometimes workers bring their problems from home to work and take it out on people, which customers are not to blame

La espera es eterna, se saltan clientes, no tienen idea de donde están los expedientes, dan respuestas absurdas y al final terminas tú pagando por su ineptitud... Falta MUUUCHA capacitación en cuanto a procesos y atención al cliente!!!! Si vas a llegar a las 3:30pm con un ejecutivo, YA MEJOR NO LLEGUES porque SIEMPREEEEEEE se les "cae" el SISTEMA y no pueden verificar tu status ni darte solución! Tampoco llegues muy temprano, porque las señoritas están desayunando y solo trabaja 1.

And I give them a star, just because I can't put a lower grade! ... The wait is eternal, clients skip, they have no idea where the files are, they give absurd answers and in the end you end up paying for their ineptitude ... A LOT of training in terms of processes and customer service is missing !!!! If you are going to arrive at 3:30 pm with an executive, YOU NEVER GET THERE BECAUSE THEY ALWAYS "drop" the SYSTEM and they cannot verify your status or give you a solution! Don't get there too early either, because the ladies are having breakfast and only 1 works.
