El pidió hablar con el gerente y el cajero desapareció, Y LE DIJERON que no podían atenderlo, la verdad me dio Coraje y quise ayudar al SEÑOR, después de eso lo mandaron formar y pasar a caja 1, obvio no hizo fila de nuevo porque el estaba en turno Y EL CONTADOR DE MONEDAS SI SERVÍA, QUE MALA ONDA QUE POR QUERER SALIR TEMPRANO NO ATIENDAN A LA GENTE COMO SE MERECE

Se encuentra en el centro comercial del hotel Fiesta Americana, con acceso por Av. Vallarta.
No es facil encontrar estacionamiento, y el del hotel es caro, por lo que es mas recomendable llegar a pie o en transporte público.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Es una broma este banco, de verdad ponen su patrimonio en manos de esta “institución” la que te cobra comisión por todo (y de la más alta) no te facilitan NADA. Y destruyen tu tarjeta si su cajero automático se la traga. En serio más de 100 pesos en comisión y todavía destruyen mi tarjeta ??? Que clase de servicios bancarios tenemos en este país.
Aparte de que NO son puntuales en su propio horario. Tantita madre por favor ?
It is a joke this bank, they really put their assets in the hands of this "institution" which charges you commission for everything (and the highest) do not provide ANYTHING. And destroy your card if your ATM swallows it. Seriously more than 100 pesos in commission and still destroy my card ??? What kind of banking services we have in this country.
Apart from that they are NOT punctual on their own schedule. Little mother please ?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Muy lentos! El hombre que me atendió se tardó 6 horas en darme Mi tarjeta por andar atendiendo o platicando con otros clientes cuando era mi turno. Y ahora me cobran por todo y me inscribieron a un seguro que yo nisiquiera pedí. Se me cobran mas de 2000 pesos en mi tarjeta por movimientos no reconocidos y ayer que la reporte no se puede hacer ningun movimiento, pero que tal pagar el mentado seguro ese, ese si me lo pudieron cobrar!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I was considering using Scotiabank as I’ve just moved to Mexico from Australia but never. They don’t know their own policies. Wasted time and money, they asked me to come and get my credit card that was stuck in the ATM. I arrive the next day as they recommended at 8.30am (I put off important plans to come) Then when I arrive, they say it’s their policy for ‘safety’ to destroy cards. I have my passport but anyway this ‘saftey policy’ aside, if they can’t get their acts together to give me correct information yesterday and it affects my business I don’t want to deal with them with my personal banking. I have not got time for an unprofessional paper pushing bureaucracy like this! They are happy taking huge commissions and that’s about all.
