★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pésimo servicio. La ejecutivo del banco bibiana no tiene conocimiento de los productos, comete demasiados errores. En específico cuentas de empresas. La gerente Elmy está peor. Tomó la decisión de cancelarme 4 cuentas tanto de empresas como de persona física, ( todas de ahorros). Y hasta mandaron abogados y notarios al domicilio todo para cancelar las cuentas en venganza por haber metido una queja de mal servcio por parte de ellas. Increíble que una institución de ese tamaño quiera tapar todas las porquerías de sus ejecutivos.
Terrible service. The executive of the Bibiana bank has no knowledge of the products, she makes too many mistakes. In specific company accounts. The manager Elmy is worse. He made the decision to cancel 4 accounts of both companies and individuals, (all savings). And they even sent lawyers and notaries to the home all to cancel the accounts in revenge for having made a complaint of poor service on their part. Incredible that an institution of that size wants to cover up all the crap from its executives.
