Ya en atención está bien.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ LA PEOR SUCURSAL, 4 horas esperando para que me abrieran una cuenta de nómina, el gerente atendiendo gente que se colaba en la fila y al final me dijeron que mi trámite no se podía, por una autorización que se sacaron de la manga. Fui a otra sucursal con la misma papelería y no tuve problema.
THE WORST BRANCH, 4 hours waiting for a payroll account to be opened, the manager attending to people who sneaked into the line and at the end they told me that my procedure could not be done, due to an authorization that was pulled from my sleeve. I went to another branch with the same stationery and had no problem.

Fui a cobrar un cheque con firma autógrafa a mi nombre y me lo cancelaron dos veces, porque según ellos no es la firma, no se tomaron ni la molestia de hablar por teléfono con el dueño de la cuenta para corroborar la información.
La cajera con pésima actitud y el gerente con dos dedos de frente sin solucionar absolutamente nada.
Terrible attention, it seems that they are doing you a favor by assisting you. I went to cash a check with a handwritten signature in my name and they canceled it twice, because according to them it is not the signature, they did not even bother to speak on the phone with the account owner to corroborate the information.
The cashier with a terrible attitude and the manager with two fingers of forehead without solving absolutely anything.
