Me aconsejó ir directamente a la sucursal donde tienen mi expediente. Hubiera apreciado que hubiera hecho el esfuerzo por ayudarme antes de enviarme a la otra sucursal.
Bad service by agent Gustavo Romero. He did not try to solve my problem regarding the replacement of my lost card. He advised me to go directly to the branch where they have my file. I would have appreciated that you would have made the effort to help me before sending me to the other branch.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ cuidado con los cajeros en esa sucursal va uno a depositar y le meten billetes falsos, cuando yo estaba 100% segura de que en mi deposito no hiba ningún billete falso, fui cajera por 8 años en otro Banco y se muy bien detectar un billete falso, estoy muy molesta
Beware of the cashiers in that branch, one is going to deposit and they get fake tickets, when I was 100% sure that there was no fake bill in my deposit, I was a cashier for 8 years in another Bank and it was very good to detect a fake bill I'm very upset
