Es una basura de banco subsidiada por el gobierno de su país, es la única razón por la que existe. Corran!!! Es el peor Banco de Mexico. Cualquier otro tiene personal mas capacitado y sistemas mas avanzados. This bank is complete garbage. They literally lose your deposits. They do not pay for their phones and therefore cannot receive calls. It is bank trash subsidized by the government of your country, it is the only reason it exists. Run !!! It is the worst Bank of Mexico. Any other has more trained personnel and more advanced systems.

Las cajas avanzan rápido a pesar de solo estar dos personas. El gerente es un asco, no busca resolver nada, los chicos de las ventanillas te miran como delincuente y el asco de gerente que tienen en la actualidad apoya todo tipo de abusos hacia los clientes. Implementaron el nuevo sistema de adquisición de otra llave para las cuentas morales y cuando la fui a retirar me pusieron mil excusas hasta el colmo de enviarme a mi sucursal en Tonala, cuando resido en Zapopan. Solo por no llevar el folio de atención telefónica ? sin hacer más preguntas de seguridad o pedir mi identificación. Poco profesionales en esa agencia, lastima que un banco tan excelente cómo Scotiabank cuente con gente tan poco profesional. Deberían darles unos cursitos en línea de atención al cliente a ver si mejoran. Terrible attention! The manager is disgusting, he does not seek to solve anything, the guys at the windows look at you as a criminal and the disgusting manager that they currently have supports all kinds of abuses towards customers. They implemented the new system for acquiring another key for the moral accounts and when I went to pick it up they gave me a thousand excuses to the limit of sending me to my branch in Tonala, when I live in Zapopan. Just for not bringing the phone number ? without asking more security questions or asking for my identification. Unprofessional in that agency, it hurts that such an excellent bank as Scotiabank has such unprofessional people. They should give them a few online customer service courses to see if they improve.
