★ ★ ★ ★ ★ El servicio tiene bastante área de oportunidad. Al ingresar a la sucursal no hay atención de los ejecutivos para derivar adecuadamente a los usuarios. Además tardan bastante en atender, eso sin contar que no hay turnos asignados. Incluso marqué a la sucursal un día antes para preveer lo que necesitaría para realizar mi trámite y al llegar a sucursal después de 40 min me encuentro con la sorpresa de que no tienen plásticos de tarjetas desde hace más de una semana.
The service has a lot of opportunity area. When entering the branch, there is no attention from the executives to properly refer users. They also take a long time to attend, not to mention that there are no assigned shifts. I even dialed the branch a day before to foresee what I would need to complete my procedure and when I arrived at the branch after 40 minutes I found myself surprised that they had not had plastic cards for more than a week.
