★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pésimo banco, simplemente la ejecutiva no quería trabajar, llevaba todos los requisitos para aperturar una cuenta como en su pagina web lo especificaba y la cajera puso pretextos (que es con cita, que le falta un comprobante adicional, que ya no tengo cuentas) ridículos ja como si te hicieran un favor. Es el único banco en que te sientes en una dependencia de gobierno con funcionarios holgazanes
Terrible bank, the executive simply did not want to work, she had all the requirements to open an account as specified on her website and the cashier made excuses (which is by appointment, that she lacks an additional proof, that I no longer have accounts) ridiculous ha as if they were doing you a favor. It is the only bank where you sit in a government dependency with lazy officials

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ La atención en pésima, son groceros, lentos e ineficientes hasta para los trámites más básicos, y ahora con las medidas de sanidad empeoraron no sirve su dispensador de gel y la persona que te recibe en la entrada no sabe ni siquiera como orientarte.
The attention is terrible, they are rude, slow and inefficient even for the most basic procedures, and now with the health measures worsened, their gel dispenser does not work and the person who receives you at the entrance does not even know how to guide you.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Muy mala experiencia con la atención del personal que se encuentra laborando en recepción y ejecutivos. Intente abrir una cuenta de nomina , pedí información a la señorita de recepción y me menciono que necesitaba mil pesos, espere mas de 2 horas y al pasar con el ejecutivo me dijo de mala manera y muy poco profesional que no es posible realizar mi tramite que su compañera se equivoco y me ofrece una apertura en la cual requiero un mínimo de 4 mil, di las gracias y salí.
moraleja : Si valoras tu tiempo y no quieres pasar un mal momento Scotiabank no es para TI...
Very bad experience with the attention of the staff that is working in reception and executives. Moral: If you value your time and don't want to have a bad time, Scotiabank is not for YOU ...
