★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Horrible. Dos horas para abrir una cuenta y ya se que es un banco pero no dejan tener celular ni audífonos. Ya que su servicio es tan lento deberían regalar sudokus o algo así. Contraten más gente por favor. Horrible banco.
Horrible. Two hours to open an account and I know it's a bank but they don't allow you to have a cell phone or headphones. Since their service is so slow they should give away sudoku puzzles or something. Hire more people please. Awful bank.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Como cualquiera banco de la cuidad de México se aplican tanto las medidas por la pandemia como de seguridad, una gran ventaja de esta sucursal es que casi siempre esta vacía, las filas regularmente son miy pequeñas y en ocaciones ni hay, el personal en su mayoria son amables, solo una que otra ocasión me ha tocado la mala suerte de ser atendido por personal que claramente esta molesto o inconforme por alguna situación. Siempre que he acudido esta limpio y ordenado. Lo malo son las comisiones que cobran por algunos pagos de servicio.
