Lo malo: los cajeros que te atienden como si fueras a pedir regalado , el que te entrega las chequeras otro que también te hace el favor. No hacen su trabajo con el esmero y para lo que fueron contratados.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pésima atención, los ejecutivos de cuenta son lentisimos, nula idea de lo que es la atención al cliente. El gerente en lugar de apresurar a su gente o ver qué puede hacer, solo sale a pedir disculpas por el largo tiempo de espera. Si pueden vayan a la sucursal que esta a 1 cuadra del parque de los venados, ahi si atienden rápido.
Terrible attention, account executives are very slow, no idea what customer service is. The manager instead of rushing his people or seeing what he can do, just comes out to apologize for the long wait time. If you can go to the branch that is 1 block from the deer park, there if they attend quickly.
