Me atendió la ejecutivo Magda León
Estube esperando 1.5hr.. y cuando finalmente pase, me atendió 2 minutos y salió diciendo que una de sus compañeros me seguiría atendiendo..
Que ella tenía que salir..
Agarro su bolso, abrí su cortina y salió
Me dejó con un ejecutivo en altavoz que poco me pudo ayudar..
Paso 1 hr, y prácticamente me hecharon porque tenían que cerrar la sucursal, diciendo que la srta Magda NO le dijo a nadie que me apoyarán..
Al quejarme ..según decían que no había sistema, y que no podían ayudarme..
Les dije que quizás tenían razón no había sistema, entonces para que juegan con el tiempo de la gente y no avisan..
LA PEOR SUCURSAL DE ESTE BANCO..

Las personas encargadas del área de "Ejecutivo de ventas" no hacen bien su trabajo, se la pasan platicando entre ellas jugando con el tiempo de los clientes y faltan a sus propios protocolos, para que te atiendan tienes que ir directamente a sus cubículos y pedirles que lo hagan. Estaba interesado en abrir una cuenta en este banco pero por personas así prefiero otro lugar en donde valoren a los clientes y su tiempo. Estuve cerca de 1 hora y media esperando ser atendido!! NO REGRESO NUNCA A ESTE BANCO

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Muy mal servicio solo se requería reponer la tarjeta en esta sucursal mal trato solo te atienden si eres cliente si tienes cuenta en esta sucursal caray que no es la misma entidad bancaria puras trabas que porque no eres cliente que porque las huellas así el. Mal servicio así que ni vayan si requieren ir a sucursal vayan donde tengan su cuenta si no se encontrarán con esto

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ DEMASIADO GROSEROS E INEFICIENTES. Acudí tres veces a la caja para realizar un depósito, siempre me regresaban porque los datos (supuestamente ellos)estaban mal y no se podía hacer nada, acudí a otra sucursal, me atendieron mejor y resultó que los mismos datos si eran los precisos para hacer un depósito, hasta el número de referencia ellos mismos lo anotaron sin pedírmelo. También es una basura de persona el policía que supuestamente ordena las filas, no te responde un “buenas tardes” y mucho menos resuelve tus dudas. No acudan a esta sucursal. Si no es la cajera de la caja 2 echando novio, es el policía.
TOO RUDE AND INEFFICIENT.
