★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pésimo servicio por parte de la gerencia y del personal de ejecutivo de cuentas, estuve ahí más de 30 minutos y solo había dos ejecutivos ocupados con clientes y la gerente no tenía clientes, cuando me acerque a solicitarle que me atendiera se molesto y comenzó a ignorarme sutilmente diciendome que en un momento mas me atendían y se ocupo atendiendo el teléfono y después se retiro de la sucursal mientras que los otros dos ejecutivos seguían ocupados con clientes. Es totalmente ridículo que uno tarde tanto tiempo en estar esperándolos! Finalmente me tuve que retirar sin haber resuelto mi problema.
Terrible service from the management and the account executive staff, I was there for more than 30 minutes and there were only two executives busy with clients and the manager had no clients, when I approached to ask her to attend to me she was upset and began to ignore me subtly telling me that in a moment more they attended to me and he occupied himself answering the phone and then he left the branch while the other two executives were still busy with clients. It is totally ridiculous that one takes so long to wait for them! I finally had to withdraw without having solved my problem.
