★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Son un desastre incompetentes , no puede ser que no tengan el concepto de quien es el cliente ellos creen q me hacen un favor , en este momento no tengo mi tarjeta por q se me perdió pase por ventanilla y la señorita poco capacitada para su puesto me pide la tarjeta en lo cual le comentó q la tengo extraviada y necesito dinero en ese momento y me contestó q necesita la tarjeta y le respondo si tuviera la tarjeta voy directamente al cajero y no supo q responder y me sugirió cerrar la cuenta para q me devuelvan el dinero , osea prefiere perder a un cliente antes de buscar una solución , realmente un desastre y el gerente estaba en la hora de comer y ya llevaba más de 2 horas comiendo y no había nadie q me solucionará el problema , un desastre .
