Buena ubicación pero cuando es 15 se llena demasiado y igual solo hay un cajero .

Un cajero dentro de oxxo, que bueno que tiene alianza con inbursa, bajio, afirme y banregio para retiros/consultas sin comision.

Muy lentos, las cajas sin gente y no te permiten entrar al banco hasta que un asesor se da cuenta!!! Sucursal de Mundo maya playa del Carmen exelente, esta sucursal da burguesa!!!

Cuidado con las ventas atadas de seguros al aperturar cuentas, y consideren que la cancelación de cuenta es mejor hacerla en la sucursal de apertura, caso contrario los harán esperar en sucursal literalmente un tiempo indefinido (entre 1 y n horas) para poder finalizar el proceso (por que deben obtener la autorización de la sucursal de apertura para que ustedes firmen un documento adicional) y a eso súmenle que los ejecutivos no conocen los procesos del banco, entonces les lleva una hora adicional poder averiguar y comprender el trámite. En resumen, la experiencia en una sucursal Scotiabank es muy similar a entrar a un doctor Simi: entras, preguntas por quién fue el último que llegó, te sientas a esperar, esperas, esperas un rato más y luego de una hora pasas esperando que el doctor le atine a tu dolencia, caso contrario, sales peor que como entraste. Por mi parte jamás vuelvo a aperturar algo con Scotiabank, o al menos hasta que su CX sea igual o mejor que el de BBVA.

ATENCION banco de ladrones. Quisimos retirar 4000 pesos al cajero,no salió nada y mi cuenta fue debitada.

This branch of the bank is OK, I guess. However the bank itself is pretty useless. You cant use their cards to do online shopping and they seem to continually be blocking my card for "security reasons" which makes no sense as I can literally only use it for cash withdrawals and supermarket purchases.

Scotiabank is in Mexico! Who knew?! Probably many, but not me. Timely, friendly service, air conditioned, an all around great experience for this glass is always full thinker! If you have been entertaining the idea of opening an account, consider Scotiabank. Stop on in! #world9time ?

Be careful at the ATM in this bank! They will take money from your card and won't do anything about it. I went over there on February second to withdraw some cash since visiting cancun it was past midnight ATM took card info, process transaction, never gave me any money then message on screen stating you should contact your bank. You can think this happens cause we have American bank card but is not because of it. I did 3 attempts to get money none of it gave me a dime. Next day 3 trabsactions withdrawn money from my bank in the US they have taken almost 700 dollars from my account. It has been almost a month and I have not received any money back! I'm serious they get your info withdraw money and won't give you nothing. I called this bank 2 times spoke with Mr Aguilar he namevhis self a manager of this bank he said everything will be ok un a Few days is a lie. They use your money and while under investigation they can use it for months and you will get screw. Also filed a complaint with condusef is a Mexican government agency to complain about this but will take another month to get results. I'm telling you my experience is that this is a mafia well organize here in this bank. Please do not use your American card or any card here they are scammer 100%. Enjoy cancun but this place ruined my trip. I ending using ATM inside walmart from hsbc bank with no issues. Be careful you been warned.
