★ ★ ★ ★ ★ El banco está bien ubicado. Casi no tienen clientes en la sucursal y te hacen esperar una eternidad. Ejecutivos de cuenta en sus teléfonos. Mal servicio al cliente. A diferencia de Scotiabank en Canada, el de México (Mérida) es muy pobre su servicio.
 The bank is well located. They hardly have any customers in the branch and they make you wait forever. Account executives on their phones. Bad customer service. Unlike Scotiabank in Canada, the one in Mexico (Mérida) has very poor service.
